Según datos del Gobierno Regional del Cusco (2023), más del 45% de las comunidades rurales del Valle Sur presentan problemas de contaminación de agua por agroquímicos, y el 42% de las escuelas no cuenta con un plan de educación ambiental contextualizado. Estas problemáticas afectan no solo los ecosistemas, sino también la seguridad alimentaria y la salud de las comunidades. A la vez, las escuelas suelen enseñar la educación ambiental desde manuales generales con una mira-da más occidental, sin integrar experiencias locales como el manejo de andenes, la rotación de cultivos o la crianza del agua.


Sus actividades/tareas

La Asociación Pukllasunchis desarrolla y realiza en conjunto con comunidades educativas y familias comunales acciones participativas de mitigación de los efectos del cambio climático y de la contaminación ambiental. Como cooperante de Comundo contribuye en el marco del programa país Perú de Comundo a que niñas, niños y jóvenes vivan en un ambiente sano y digno y puedan ejercer sus derechos y deberes ecológicos. En específico apoya a nuestra organización coparte Pukllasunchis en el desarrollo de planes de acción ambientales / agroecológicas como la recuperación de agua y suelo, así como de herramientas metodológicas innovadoras posibles de aplicar a diferentes realidades comunitarias.


Entre otras serán sus tareas...

  • capacitación práctica en temas agroecológicos
  • asesoría técnica y acompañamiento en la integración de prácticas ambientales en los diferentes programas y proyectos institucionales, adaptándolas a distintos contextos educativos y comunitarios.
  • acompañamiento en la articulación con otras ONGs para el intercambio de experiencias, construcción de aprendizajes compartidos y en la difusión.

Su perfil

  • Formación en ingeniería ambiental, agronomía, biología o ciencias ambientales
  • Experiencia profesional de varios años con habilidades prácticas en temas ambientales y agroecológicos
  • Alta adaptabilidad a cambios repentinos de contexto, con habilidades sociales para establecer diálogos fluidos con diversos actores (comuneros, docentes, niñas y niños).
  • buen dominio de castellano (oral y escrito)
