For our Digital Transformation and IT team, we are looking for a motivated and innovative professional to be based in Zurich or Bern, starting in January 2026 or by agreement.
As part of our digital transformation journey, you will help identify and realize opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working across our organization. In this role, you translate business needs into concrete digital solutions designing concepts, developing tools, and implementing them yourself or together with external partners.
Working primarily with Microsoft technologies especially SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related MS365 and Azure services you will contribute to building a modern, secure, and integrated digital landscape that supports our global teams.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Lead the design, specification, and implementation of digital processes and solutions across our IT systems
- Develop and automate tools and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Cognitive Services
- Support the digital transformation strategy, ensuring consistency and compatibility within the application landscape
- Prepare feasibility analyses, cost estimates, and recommendations for management and the Digital Transformation Steering Board
- Drive the conceptual and technical implementation of solutions on Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and MS Dynamics
- Manage IT and digitalization projects at head office and in project countries, ensuring secure, scalable, and sustainable outcomes
- Coordinate change management, testing, and rollout of new solutions into operation
- Collaborate with and coordinate external partners throughout project implementation
- Plan and deliver trainings for users and stakeholders in collaboration with the Learning and Innovation team.You are tasked with the specification and implementation of process digitalization and the conception of the operating processes of digital solutions, IT systems and applications.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with further education (e.g. CAS) in Project Management or Software Engineering
- Several years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized IT projects and to define application requirements in collaboration with end users
- Good understanding of software operations and maintenance, ideally within a DevOps environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and external partners
- Flexible, proactive, and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are an asset
