- Automating audits, risk assessments, and control testing.
- Conducting research on securing AI systems (model hardening, adversarial robustness).
- Evaluating risks such as model hallucination, prompt injection, or data privacy issues.
- Supporting Responsible AI governance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Prototypes or Proof-of-Concept Models that demonstrate feasibility of using AI for specific security use cases (e.g., phishing classifier, anomaly detection model, security copilot tool).
- Design documentation, model architecture diagrams, and experiment results.

- Benchmarking analyses of available tools, open-source frameworks, or commercial AI security products.
- Recommendations for integrating AI capabilities into security operations processes, IT GRC workflows, and/or incident response playbooks.
- Proposed governance controls for secure and responsible use of AI at AIIB.

- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity operations, incident response workflows, phishing detection, or threat intelligence is a plus.
- Research mindset; comfortable exploring new concepts with minimal supervision.
- Ethical mindset consistent with Responsible AI principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great team player.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
