The position is to ensure the effective functioning, coherence, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the supply chain across assigned missions by acting as the primary operational reference and coordination point between field, cell, headquarters, and MSF Log. The position exists to safeguard supply chain performance, readiness, and alignment with MSF standards and operational priorities, particularly in complex and emergency contexts.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of the country supply chain strategy and set-up, conducting ongoing analysis of context and risks to ensure agility and resilience.
- Provide expert technical advisory on all supply chain functions and build the capacity of staff and partners through training, tools, and guidance.
- Oversee and assure the quality of critical areas of supply chain; procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and distribution, ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Ensure integration of supply chain planning with program design, collaborating with teams to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions that enable program delivery.
- Monitor supply chain performance indicators, analyzing data to drive improvement and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to strengthen the supply ecosystem.
- Guarantee emergency preparations for the supply chain and scale operations rapidly to meet urgent needs during sudden-onset crises.
Your profile
Education
Essential:
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Desired:
- Professional certification in Supply Chain, e.g. APICS and CIPS, is an asset.
Additional training in data management is an advantage.
Experience
Essential:
- MSF field experience in supply chain management.
Desired:
- Strong experience in MSF emergencies is an advantage.
- Experience in capacity building and supporting remote teams.

Terms of employment

Contexte & Mission
Médecins Sans Frontières est une organisation médicale et humanitaire internationale indépendante qui fournit des soins aux personnes dans le besoin, aux personnes touchées par des catastrophes naturelles ou causées par l'homme et aux victimes de conflits armés, sans discrimination et sans tenir compte de la race, de la religion, des croyances ou de l'appartenance politique (Charte de MSF).
Le-la Legacies Officer est rattaché-e à la cellule Recherche de fonds grand public, l'une des 4 cellules du « Pôle Fundraising » au sein du département Communication et Recherche de Fonds de MSF Suisse. Le-la Legacies Officer est responsable du suivi administratif des dossiers legs. Il/elle collabore et donne un soutien à la Senior Legacies Manager.
Principales responsabilités
Vous êtes le garant.e d'une gestion administrative et juridique rigoureuse des dossiers de legs. Vous êtes en lien avec les différents partenaires tels que les notaires, les avocats, les administrations et pouvez intervenir auprès de testateurs potentiels lors d'un premier contact par téléphone. Vous collaborez avec les notaires et avocats pour administrer les dossiers legs et héritages en Français et Allemand et participez à la cultivation de la relation avec les testateurs en suisse romande et alémanique. Vous êtes en charge aussi de renseigner la base de données concernant tous les nouveaux cas de succession ainsi que toutes les personnes intéressées par les successions. Vous veillez à ce que tous les legs faits à MSF soient reçus et optimisés en toute sécurité, appliquez les processus et procédures liés aux héritages (acceptation, décisions judiciaires, etc.), assurez le suivi financier avec le/la Legacies Coordinateur.trice.
Vous veillerez que les processus liés à l'envoi des brochures legs, des courriers à l'externe, des lettres de remerciements, de la numérisation des courriers entrants, la validation des dons, l'ouverture de nouveaux dossiers ainsi que le classement et l'archivage des dossiers clôturés soit bien réalisés de manière hebdomadaire par vous-même et avec le legacies assistant.
Dans vos responsabilités, vous serez aussi amené à :
- participer à la phase préparatoire des événements donateurs et serez en charge de l'organisation de l'évènement (location de salle, gestion du catering...).
- collaborer avec le service des finances de MSF Suisse pour la gestion des dossiers de legs et héritages mais aussi lors de la phase des provisions annuelles pour les dossiers dont vous êtes en charge.
Stratégie
- Participe à l'élaboration et en œuvre la stratégie définie au préalable en collaboration avec le.la Legacies Coordinateur.trice et le/la Responsable de l'Unité Recherche de fonds grand public. Participe à l'implémentation du plan d'action pour développer les legs et les héritages comme source de financement privé pour MSF Suisse ;
- Contribue activement au suivi des objectifs des recettes provenant des legs et le plan d'action annuel avec le.la Legacies Coordinateur.trice et le/la responsable de l'Unité Recherche de fonds grand public ;
Relationnel et représentation auprès des parties prenantes externes
- Selon accord préalable avec le/la Legacies Coodinateur.trice, représente MSF lors des suivis de dossiers de legs et hértitages sans complexité particulière.
- Etablit et maintien des relations avec un portefeuille de contacts identifiés en accord avec le/la Legacies Coordinateur.tricer (légataires potentiels et professionnels du domaine juridique) ;
- Établit et assure des relations de premier choix avec des publics professionnels dans le domaine des successions, notamment les exécuteurs testamentaires et autres intermédiaires tiers ;
- Favorise le développement de partenariats avec des prescripteurs cibles (notaires, avocats, gestionnaires de patrimoine, etc.) ;
Relation donateurs :
- Cultiver la relation avec les testateurs et handraisers, les fidéliser en assurant le suivi de la relation avec ce public grâce aux outils mis en place.
- Rend visite au handraiser ou confirme bequesteur pour cultiver la relation et apporter des réponses juridiques aux besoins des interlocuteurs dans premier niveau d'information.
- Organise et prépare la logistique des évènements liés aux legs et héritages.
Admin & Support
- Est support à l'équipe Legs et Héritages pour les dossiers legs et heritages pour un premier niveau de complexité des dossiers.
- Assure une collaboration étroite avec nos conseillers juridiques externes pour les cas contentieux ou complexes ;
- Gère le suivi des legs du point de vue administratif après le décès des testateurs en respectant le cadre légal et en assurant le respect des délais prévus par la loi ;
- Par délégation et/ou sous supervision du responsable de l'Unité Recherche de fonds grand public, prend en charge des dossiers spécifiques.
Profil recherché
Education
- Diplôme universitaire ou formation équivalente
- Connaissance du droit de successions est un atout
Expérience
- Expérience préalable dans des fonctions similaires ou administrative dans les domaines du marketing, de la communication, de la comptabilité ou du droit ;
- Expérience préalable avec MSF ou une autre ONG/Organisation internationale est un plus ;
Compétences Techniques
- Grande attention aux détails ;
- Excellentes connaissances en informatique, navigation Internet, logiciels de bureau.

The training support strategy for projects aims to develop and structure our learning activities over time, adapt trainings to specific contexts, and deploy them as close as possible to field activities in order to reach the largest possible number of healthcare workers. The approach combines theoretical and practical components to facilitate knowledge transfer.
The overall objective is to contribute to consolidating the quality of care by strengthening the skills of healthcare teams and improving teamwork.
The Pediatric Trainer contributes to the preparation, implementation, and follow‑up of training activities in pediatrics, nutrition, and newborn care. Trainings are part of, and aligned with, the objectives of the OCG strategic plan.
Tasks and responsibilities
Preparation and implementation of medical trainings
- Contribute to the identification of training needs through observations, discussions, and needs assessments conducted upstream of the training.
- Participate in the development and adaptation of training content to meet identified needs, using a variety of pedagogical approaches, under the supervision of the pediatric referent for content.
- Create, review, complete, and harmonize training materials and course sessions.
- Facilitate and deliver face‑to‑face or remote training sessions.
- Work in close collaboration with the Medical Department and members of the Learning & Development team.
- Strengthen the skills of medical and paramedical staff by providing team‑based or individual support such as bedside training and teaching.
- Support the consolidation of knowledge related to norms, standards, guidelines, and tools through training activities and practical care support, both on site and remotely.
- Support field healthcare workers in developing facilitation and clinical mentoring skills, including assisting in the organization and delivery of training sessions and workshops to be replicated during staff induction or knowledge updates.
- Develop assessments to evaluate the acquisition of competencies and practical skills in the workplace for medical and paramedical staff.
- Provide individual and/or collective support using a mentoring and/or coaching approach: define implementation conditions (before, during, after), conduct mentoring and coaching activities in the workplace and, if required, remotely.
Follow‑up of field trainings
- Structure and ensure the follow‑up of trainings in terms of skills transfer and acquisition.
- Write training reports, propose targeted recommendations, and provide support to facilitate change.
- Evaluate the quality of the follow‑up mechanisms implemented, including post‑training evaluations and related strategies.

The Project Manager will spearhead the design, delivery, and oversight of the Smart Energy Monitoring initiative within MSF's Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC) program. This flagship project seeks to transform how MSF manages energy across its operations by leveraging innovative technologies and sustainable practices to strengthen energy data collection, analysis, and governance. By enabling clearer insights into energy use, the initiative will support more accountable decision-making while laying the foundation for smarter, greener operational choices.
The project is driven by three core impact goals: improving transparency and accountability through streamlined, high-quality energy data; delivering measurable cost savings while reducing MSF's environmental footprint through optimized energy consumption and increased use of renewables; and ensuring the system is scalable and accessible across all MSF operational centers. Implementation will follow a structured timeline, beginning with Phase 0 (2 months) for recruitment and onboarding, followed by Phase 1 (2 months) to define detailed requirements and protocols, and concluding with Phase 2 (7 months) focused on system development, pilot implementation, and final delivery.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Project Governance, Planning, and Delivery
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of the 11-month project (February–December 2026), managing all phases from recruitment and requirements definition to delivery of key milestones.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) in line with TIC guidelines and in coordination with the supporting PMO.
- Ensure alignment with MSF environmental objectives, operational efficiency standards, and accountability frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the incubator project budget, ensuring financial transparency, cost-effectiveness, value for money and compliance to reporting requirements for TIC and PMO.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including challenges related to heterogeneous sensor data, limited energy expertise, and field staff availability.
- Support the sponsor in the governance of the project by preparing steering committee documents, logging key actions, decisions, and mitigations.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Coordination
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary project team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration.
- Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and evaluation to support team effectiveness and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the sponsoring OC (OCG), support OC (OCB), and other MSF operational centers (OCP, OCBA, WaCA, Ubuntu).
- Coordinate with teams managing related initiatives (e.g. TrackMyFleet and carbon footprint measurement) to ensure synergy, data interoperability, and strategic alignment.
Technical Design and System Implementation
- Lead the design and rollout of energy sensor installation guidelines and protocols, ensuring consistency across missions.
- Oversee the upgrade of the OCB Telemetry platform to support multiple sensor brands, manual data entry, and integration with solar energy systems.
- Coordinate the development of a centralized energy data warehouse, consolidating metrics such as fuel consumption, solar production, and grid electricity usage.
- Supervise the development of Power BI dashboards to visualize energy performance indicators and enable actionable, data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the development of user-friendly interfaces enabling field staff to register sensors and manually input data where automation is not feasible.
Piloting, Adoption, and Scaling
- Manage pilot implementations in two missions, including deployment of smart energy meters and validation of system effectiveness.
- Actively support user onboarding, training, and self-service analytics adoption, ensuring tools are accessible and usable by non-technical staff.
- Promote energy reduction measures through sensitization materials, webinars, and training sessions.
- Ensure the scalability and accessibility of the Smart Energy Monitoring system across all operational centers beyond project completion.
- Manage the incubator's project budget ensuring financial transparency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct cost mapping to identify cost-effective software, manufacturers, and IT license management strategies.
Your profile
Education
- Advanced degree in Project Management, ideally with orientation in IT infrastructure and/or Information Systems or Advanced degree in IT/Information systems or related field with longstanding experience in Project Management
- plus Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Hermes) or recognized Project Management curriculum
Experience
- Min 3 years of work experience as a project or product manager in IT area Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and implementing field IT infrastructure is a strong asset
- Experience in an international environment and dealing with different humanitarian actors
- Experience at MSF is required
Languages
- Fluency in English and/or French is required.

Epicentre is an organisation created by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in 1986. We conduct field epidemiology, training, and research activities for MSF interventions. Our activities for populations in precarious situations are led from Uganda, Niger, and France, and through the programs of MSF and others. They mainly concern infectious diseases and malnutrition.
Be responsible to conduct a study on the impact of reactive Oral Cholera Vaccine (OCV) campaigns. The objective of the study is to generate evidence for the efficient planning and implementation of such campaigns, in the context of the global roadmap to eliminate cholera.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Act as co-PI of a multicentric retrospective study on the impact of reactive vaccination campaigns
- Construct and curate a multi-country cholera incidence dataset at a subnational level and link it to existing data about past reactive OCV campaigns,
- Perform a descriptive and in-depth analysis of the data
- (co-)develop and implement statistical and mechanistic models to measure the impact of OCV campaigns at different sites in >5 countries
- Lead interaction with national stakeholders in cholera affected countries and with international stakeholders and partners, including setting up collaboration contracts
- Organize research uptake activities with in country and international partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including data sharing and protection
- Be responsible for writing the study protocol and obtaining all required ethical and regulatory approvals, writing reports and scientific publications, and conducting training and capacity building with in-country partners.
Your profile
Education & Experience
- PhD in Epidemiology, Public health, Biostatistics, Life Science or similar with strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills.
- 5 years of experience working in a research environment and/or translating research into policy,
- Experience working with MSF and/or in the sector of international/aid organisations in low resource settings.
- Experience in epidemiological modelling of infectious diseases and translating model outputs into learnings applicable to public health.
- Experience in interacting with Ministries of Health, national and international partner organisations,
- Experience collaborating with international and humanitarian organisations and in low resource settings.
- Experience working with research funders an asset.
- Experience working on cholera and/or other vaccine preventable disease outbreak response and on vaccination policy.
- Experience leading epidemiological studies as (co-)principal investigator.
Languages
- Intermediate French

Personal Abilities & Skills
- Expertise in using scientific programming tools including R, R-markdown, Git for collaborative coding. Knowledge of other programming languages is an asset.
- Experience in the design and use of large, shared databases.
- Competences in data science, data analytics and visualisation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the design, calibration and validation of applied epidemiological models of infectious diseases relevant to public health and translatable to policy.
