Senior Advisor - Programme Quality and Business Development
In response to the conflict in Ukraine, Caritas Switzerland (CACH) established its Ukraine Crisis Response programme (UCR) in the first days after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. CACH UCR focuses primarily on response within Ukraine, but also in neighbouring countries affected by the crisis, particularly Poland. CACH works through partners, taking the localization of aid approach in its response, and focuses on bringing technical value-added specifically in the field of cash and markets, shelter, IM and ICT4D.
