Manage and foster strategic and working level relations with donors, development partners and other stakeholders, and identify areas of new assistance. Liaise with and regularly brief donors, funding and co-operating agencies, implementing partners, and internal UNODC and UN stakeholders. • Lead and/or supervise large and complex field missions, guide and mentor external consultants, government officials and other parties, serve as official spokesperson and represent UNODC in various forums (meetings, conferences, high level working groups, etc) dealing with GMCP matters. Provide senior expert advice and guidance on UNODC's involvement in maritime crime work.
