Swisscontact's Monitoring and Results Measurement System is an integral part of evidence-based adaptive project management. In setting up and implementing the MRM system for their project, the project management and team are supported by the global MRM advisor team, consisting of regional MRM advisors and a global MaRM Coordinator at Swisscontact's head office in Zurich. Being part of this specialized advisory group, the Global MRM Advisor will guarantee the quality of Swisscontact's MRM system and the global MRM activities, specifically in the delivery of technical backstopping for selected SC projects as well as Advisory services to external clients on demand, but also in the annual results aggregation process, the update and development of guidelines and training materials, as well as the MRM Community of Practice.
