Caritas Switzerland supports children and adults in precarious situations in around 20 countries worldwide in the areas of income, climate and migration. Caritas Switzerland is one of the leading Swiss NGOs in the field of poverty reduction in Switzerland and abroad. International Cooperation programmes focus on humanitarian aid, income generation, climate change and migration.
The Programme Manager will be in overall charge of the SDC-funded project: 'Nurture: Nurturing Climate Resilience in Cambodia', which aims to improve Climate Resilient Agriculture and Water Governance in Cambodia. This task includes the responsibility to ensure and monitor that the project is implemented as planned, supervision of project staff, and financial management. The Programme Manager acts in close coordination with the two consortium partners, Caritas Switzerland Country Organization in Cambodia and HEKS/EPER in Cambodia.

Our requirements
Your place of work will be in Siem Reap, Cambodia, with frequent travels to project locations and the Country Offices in Phnom Penh.
Starting date: July 2024 or as agreed upon.
