The CPS is a personnel programme for peace-building and the prevention of violence in crisis and conflict regions. It sets out to promote a world in which conflicts are settled without violence. Through structured dialogue processes and community-based initiatives, engaged community membersparticularly women and young peoplehelp break down prejudices, address historical injustices, and transform resource-related conflicts. This fosters new trust, collaborative peace initiatives, and sustainable environmental practices.  As Coordinator you will design and manage the CPS national programme in Kenya in coordination with the Cologne office. Your programme development activities will contribute to quality assurance and the focus on effectiveness.
