Job Title: Junior Social Video Producer
Job Purpose
The Junior Social Video Producer will create fast-turnaround, mobile-first video content that brings the EBRD's work to life on social media and other platforms. Working within the Multimedia team, this role bridges the gap between traditional broadcast-quality production and the agile, authentic content that performs on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable directing a Managing Director on camera, editing on a laptop in an airport lounge, and collaborating with the wider Multimedia team on longer-form projects. This role will also produce video content for internal communications to keep staff engaged and connected to the EBRD's mission and will travel to the regions where the EBRD invests to capture impact stories from the field.

- Work as part of the award-winning Multimedia team on longer-form video projects, bringing a social-first perspective to planning and production
- Produce engaging video content for internal channels to keep staff informed and connected to the EBRD's mission and activities

Essential:

Purpose of Job
EBRD's Environment and Sustainability Department (ESD) is looking to recruit a Principal advisor. The Principal will report to ESD's Head of Sector: Extractives and SME and work closely with ESD's senior biodiversity advisor to support ESD staff, clients and advisors to deliver the Bank's biodiversity requirements under EBRD ESR6, as well as other environmental and social (E&S) requirements, as they relate to the E&S appraisal and monitoring of the Bank's projects and activities in various high risk and complex sectors (extractives, energy, infrastructure, etc.) and geographies. Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Under the direction of an Associate Director Head:
? Provide specialist input to projects, Technical Cooperation's (TCs), tasks and initiatives, including complex and high-risk projects and TCs. They may work individually or with assigned support of Analysts or Associates.
? When acting as facilitator on an aspect of work, the Principal will have full responsibility for managing delivery of a particular sub ? project, project, task, or activities. These activities may include contributing to assessment of ESP compliance, E&S risks impacts and opportunities; climate and nature risks, Paris Alignment, and green finance attribution; monitoring, verification and reporting; and assurance.
? Purpose of Job
The Associate, Sustainable Business and Infrastructure will independently deliver defined technical and analytical workstreams supporting the development and implementation of EBRD investments, advisory activities and policy engagements under the GET 2030 agenda. Working primarily across the urban, including water, and transport systems, the Associate will assess and help strengthen the technical, climate and sustainability aspects of infrastructure projects and programmes, including their alignment with the goals of the Paris Agreement. The role will apply systems thinking to connect individual investments with wider infrastructure networks, institutions, markets and transition pathways, and will contribute to the development of methodologies, technical assistance, policy dialogue and knowledge products that support systemic green transition.
Background
The Associate will work within the Sustainable Infrastructure team, supporting infrastructure investments and related policy and advisory activities across EBRD countries of operations. The role will have a primary focus on the urban system, including water supply, wastewater, resource efficiency, waste, urban resilience and integrated urban development. The Associate will work across the interdependencies between these systems and other areas relevant to GET 2030, including energy, buildings, industry, transport, agribusiness, finance, climate adaptation, nature and digitalisation. The precise balance of work will evolve according to operational priorities and the Associate's technical expertise.
Facts / Scale
The Associate will report to an Associate Director in Sustainable Business and Infrastructure (SBI) and will work closely with Banking teams, other CSD functions, ESD, Climate Risk, Impact and relevant policy and specialist teams. The role will support a substantial and diverse portfolio of infrastructure transactions and will independently manage defined analytical and technical workstreams across multiple projects at different stages of the project cycle. It will also contribute to, and where appropriate manage discrete components of, policy dialogue, technical cooperation, methodology development and knowledge activities. The role requires the ability to prioritise competing assignments, maintain technical quality and deliver clear advice within Bank timelines.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The Associate may work across different infrastructure systems according to business needs, with a primary orientation towards urban, water and transport systems. The Associate will:
- Independently deliver defined technical and analytical workstreams across the EBRD project cycle, providing timely and well-evidenced advice to Banking teams and other internal stakeholders.
- Review infrastructure projects and programmes under EBRD's Green Economy Transition approach, assess alignment with the goals of the Paris Agreement and evaluate relevant physical climate, transition and other climate-related financial risks.
- Undertake and review technical analysis, including assessment of infrastructure needs, technology and design options, system performance, costs and benefits, resource and emissions impacts, climate resilience and implementation risks.
- Apply systems thinking to identify dependencies and interactions between infrastructure assets, networks, institutions, users, markets and policy frameworks, and to connect project-level interventions with wider urban, water and transport transition pathways.
- Support the structuring of investments and technical cooperation to improve green impact, technical quality, operational performance and long-term sustainability, including through appropriate monitoring indicators and implementation arrangements.
- Contribute to policy dialogue, regulatory and market assessments and upstream planning that address barriers to investment and support the development of integrated, low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure systems.
- Support the preparation and implementation of green transition strategies, action plans and pathways for cities, utilities, transport authorities and operators, drawing connections between investment priorities, institutional capacity and policy reform.
- Lead or contribute to the development and application of SBI methodologies, analytical tools, guidance and standardised approaches, including those relating to climate adaptation, infrastructure decarbonisation and systems-level assessment.
- Manage technical consultants and defined technical cooperation assignments, including preparation of terms of reference, review of technical deliverables, quality assurance and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with public and private sector clients, government authorities, utilities, transport operators, consultants, donors and development partners, communicating technical findings clearly to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
- Produce concise, decision-useful briefings, presentations and technical notes for project teams, senior management and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of relevant technologies, infrastructure practices, policy and regulatory developments, market trends and approaches used by other international financial institutions and share this knowledge across SBI and CSD.
- Contribute actively to cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing and the development of reusable tools and approaches, while taking increasing ownership for delivery and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- A relevant postgraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification, in civil, environmental, mechanical, transport or systems engineering; urban or infrastructure planning; environmental economics is desirable; or another closely related technical discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in the preparation, appraisal, design, implementation or operation of infrastructure investments, preferably in emerging markets or developing-country contexts.
- Demonstrable technical expertise in at least one relevant sustainable infrastructure area, preferably urban infrastructure, water and wastewater, urban mobility or transport, together with the ability and interest to work across adjacent infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including the interaction between physical assets, service delivery, institutions, regulation, finance, users and environmental and climate constraints.
- Experience undertaking or reviewing technical due diligence, feasibility studies, options analysis, cost-benefit analysis, climate or environmental assessment, infrastructure planning or related analytical work.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including the ability to interrogate assumptions, work with technical and financial data, assess costs and benefits and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
- Understanding of climate mitigation, climate adaptation and resilience, resource efficiency and environmental sustainability as they apply to infrastructure investments and systems.
- Familiarity with green finance frameworks and approaches, including climate-finance attribution, Paris Agreement alignment and the use of transition plans, pathways and action plans to support investment and policy decisions.
- Ability to apply systems thinking, identify cross-sector dependencies and trade-offs, synthesise complex information and exercise sound judgement where information is incomplete or uncertain.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure policy, regulation, market structures and institutional arrangements, and of how policy dialogue and technical assistance can enable investment and improve sector performance.
- Strong digital and data literacy, including effective use of analytical, visualisation and emerging digital tools. Familiarity with the appropriate use of artificial intelligence in research, analysis and knowledge management would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage defined workstreams and consultant assignments, maintain quality and process discipline, and deliver multiple assignments within agreed deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences and prepare concise material for decision-makers.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work effectively with Banking teams, technical specialists, clients, public authorities, consultants and development partners.

Purpose of Job
Works under supervision and guidance of the Principal, People Solutions & Advisory, and together with other team members, to provide operationally excellent HR advisory services across the Bank to line managers and staff. Purpose of Job
Here at EBRD we want to know things that will enable us to make ?people related' decisions with the greatest degree of confidence, driven by data. We want actionable insights accessible to decision makers (both business stakeholders and members of HROD) to help solve business problems.
Will work under supervision and guidance of the Principal, People Solutions & Advisory OR Associate Director ER, People Solutions & Advice and together with other team members, to support and provide operationally excellent HR advisory services across the Bank to line managers and staff.
Be a data domain expert and facilitate data informed decision making within EBRD's HROD department. The role holder helps support decision makers by visualising data, analysing trends, applying statistics and finding insights using the Bank's suite of business intelligence tools.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- With support from other team members (where needed) provides advice and guidance to:
> staff and managers or, in order to support and influence the business in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, escalates issues within the team as appropriate OR
> members of HROD on ER-relevant provisions of the Staff Handbook (SHB), procedures and processes.
- Supports the successful delivery of HROD projects through active monitoring, updating of progress and reporting to project leads as necessary
- Record-keeping to underpin sound administration of Bank personnel: Documenting and filing an accurate audit trail to clarify policy decisions and/or to document rationale for policy variations in the realms of reward and employee lifecycle events and/or case management. Ensuring adequate details are kept and filed correctly so that any future recollection of a decision is fully captured and easily retrievable
People Solutions & Advisory Team ? specific: Provides assistance and problem solving related to referred queries from line managers and staff at all levels, liaising with HR centres of expertise and HR Operations as necessary.
- Supports and contributes to staff health and other sensitive employee relations activities and processes by executing defined activities, including arranging referrals, compiling scripts and supporting documents.
- Coordinates and/or supports information sessions for line managers and staff on HR cyclical topics.
- Monitors and reviews internal line manager and staff guides and processes, escalating changes to the relevant HROD team to ensure timely updates.
- Manages relevant case referral and management system, ensuring required service standards.
- Working collaboratively with team members, HR Operations, and other centres of expertise in order that the business receives a high quality service.
Employee Relations Team ? specific:
- Develops and reviews internal ER guides on processes and procedures and ensures timeliness of relevant internal updates on ER-relevant intranet pages and Guides.
- Coordinates training and information sessions with members of HROD, particularly related to HR cyclical activity and improving knowledge of ER related processes and procedures.
- Manages ER-specific case reporting system, ensuring quality of the data and timeliness of reporting to MD HROD. Raises awareness and liaise with OGC on due dates set in the ARC directions.
- Oversees medical absence reporting and provides advice on adherence to the medical leave processes, including referral to OH and managing working incapacity cases.
- Manages relationships with ARC and AT Secretariats.
- Manages existing contracts, acts as the primary contact and maintain effective working relationships with external providers, including Occupational Health Advisor, medical insurance provider (for Working Incapacity cases) and service providers for outplacement and mediation.
- Undertakes ad hoc ER projects and activities as required.
Provide Business Stakeholders with Analysis and Insight
- Preparing and analysing various HR metrics and KPIs and providing feedback to the People Solutions & Advisory and HR Business Partnering teams or the ER team.
- From understanding of the data, the role holder will be expected to offer additional insights into trends for stakeholders.
- Use statistical insights from employee data to make better people decisions.
- Use data and information to provide insights into people issues and guide improved, evidence-based decision-making and fix problems at the root cause.
- Ask the right questions when interrogating data to support meaningful insights for the Business, telling a relevant and compelling story.
- Where gaps exist in the current HR reporting platforms, the Analyst will provide detailed accurate analysis for stakeholders.
Deliver Improvements to the HR Reporting Capability
- Conduct design reviews with end users and consult data owners to iteratively improve reporting relevance and impact.
- Responsible for understanding relevant bank processes and ways of working, both internal and external to HROD, and presenting appropriate reporting solutions.
- Carry out user acceptance testing on behalf of HROD or business stakeholders when necessary.
Drive continuous improvement
- Proactively identify gaps in the current HROD reporting platforms and highlight possible solutions.
- Drive improvements in data quality.
- Support team members to improve their data analytics capability, understanding of appropriate use of data and storytelling.

- Demonstrated HR Adviser or experience in an HR Operations role.
- Degree in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent experience.

Purpose of Job
Blended concessional finance contributes to EBRD's ability to fulfil its transition mandate. Over 60% of the Bank's investments are supported by donor funding through technical cooperation grants and blended concessional finance instruments (capex/incentive grants, concessional debt, funded/unfunded concessional guarantees, risk-sharing mechanisms). In the current external environment of declining Official Development Assistance resulting from the global poly-crises, EBRD is developing an updated approach to sourcing and using concessional donor funds in line with the Bank's Strategic Capital Framework (SCF) 2026-30 and its new Donor Strategy 2026-30.
The Impact & Partnerships Blended Finance team is a joint unit of the Impact and Donor Partnerships departments within the Vice Presidency Policy & Partnerships with the mandate to provide seamless end-to-end services, from EBRD banking teams to donors, in the strategic sourcing and using of concessional donor funds to maximize the leverage, private capital mobilisation and impact of EBRD's donor funds in support of the Bank's operations and strategic objectives. The Analyst is a member of the blended finance team with responsibilities to (i) contribute to donor strategies and policies, (ii) conduct donor funds and blended finance analysis; (iii) contribute to blended finance project reviews, (iv) contribute to donor partnership and blended finance training and knowledge products and (v) support stakeholder management.
Background
The I&P's Strategy and blended Finance team is a joint initiative of the Impact and Donor Partnerships departments within the Vice Presidency Policy & Partnerships. Responding to the changing external donor environment and recognizing the importance of donor funds to facilitate the Bank's strategic business and impact objectives, I&P's integrated blended finance team aims to provide seamless end-to-end services, from EBRD banking teams to donors, in sourcing and using concessional donor funds.
The unit comprises of 10 full-time staff from Impact and Donor Partnerships delivering five key functions:
- Donor strategy and policies
- Donor funds and blended finance analysis, reporting and thought leadership
- A blended finance advisory function
- The blended finance compliance function to ensure adherence to the DFI Principles for the Use of Blended Concessional Finance for Private Sector Projects and the Bank's Staff Guidelines for the Use of Blended Concessional Finance
- Donor partnerships and blended finance training and communications
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
The team is embedded in both the Impact and Donor Partnerships departments to contribute to the implementation of and reporting on the Bank's transition results architecture and management of donor funds and partnerships in line with the SCF2026-30, associated strategies and approaches and the Operations Manual.
Facts / Scale
EBRD manages an active portfolio of about EUR 6bn in donor funds. On the supply side, for the sourcing of concessional donor funds, the EBRD blended finance team collaborates with Donor Partnerships and banking teams in the structuring and review of up to 100 funding proposals and contribution agreements per year.
On the demand side, regarding the use of concessional donor funds, the team reviews about 400 blended finance transactions per year, assesses their alignment with the DFI blended finance principles and the Bank's Staff Guidelines for the Use of Blended Concessional Finance as part of the operational cycle and issues recommendations to the Bank's Operations Committee.
The team is the custodian of the Bank's Blended Finance Staff Guidelines for the Use of Blended Concessional Finance and is responsible for the Bank's reporting on donor funds and blended finance data, delivers training and knowledge products and represents the Bank in various donor partnership and blended finance platforms and working groups.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Associate Director Blended Finance and senior team members, the analyst is responsible for:
- Donor strategies and policies: Contribute to the development and implementation of donor strategies and policies, including annual donor strategy implementation plans as well as updates to donor strategies and policies;
- Donor fund analytics, reporting and knowledge generation: Conduct donor fund data analysis, including but not limited to (i) regular analysis and presentation of global trends and strategic directions in the development of Official Development Assistance (ODA); (ii) production of aggregate donor fund analytics for EBRD, including the Annual Donor Report and Annual Funding Outlook, and managing the response to at least 10 donor fund analytics requests p.a.; (iii) provide EBRD's blended finance data contributions to relevant external reports and publications; (iv) support the preparation of donor fund presentations (5-8 per year); (iv) contribute to knowledge pieces related to sourcing and using of donor funds in the current environment;
- Blended Finance: Contribute to the weekly project review for the Operations Committee and other related committees such as SBIC and EquityCom and the assignment of blended finance ratings for project alignment with the DFI Enhanced Principles for the Use of Blended Concessional Finance in Private Sector Operations and EBRD's Staff Guidelines for the Use of Concessional Finance, covering both projects for OpsCom and SBIC; conduct benchmarking analysis and other relevant blended finance analytics;
- Training development and delivery: Contribute to the development of training material and the delivery of a monthly training program on relevant topics related to donor fund strategies, policies, analytics and blended finance instruments and guidelines in order to upskill Bank teams, new joiners, Board members and other audiences in the understanding of eligibility criteria of existing donor funds, drivers and justification for the use of donor funds; provide learnings on donor-related processes as well as blended finance structures and governance, and maintain a resource base and training library for donor fund related and blended finance information;
- Communication and stakeholder management: Support team members in the organization of stakeholder events, including the Annual Donor Meeting and the monthly Donor Network; assist team members and managers with technical briefings, analyses and presentations, e.g. in preparation of EBRD board meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to interpret numerical data information and to present key findings in presentations.
- Understanding of donor fund landscape, key trends and structures using donor funds for supporting MDB/DFI investments through technical assistance and blended concessional finance, knowledge of relevant blended finance instruments
- Knowledge of blended finance principles, conceptual approaches, guidelines, analytics, grant equivalent methodologies, financing structures and applicable policies;
- Experience in a private sector focused MDB/DFI's operational project approval cycle;
- Experience in key blended finance data analytics;
- Fluent in Windows XP: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience in quantitative programs (STATA, R etc.) is a plus
- Good understanding of relevant systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and to deadlines and under time pressure.
